$218k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the quality bar for user experience across the Render product.
- Drive design-led projects with full autonomy.
- Ship production features as a full contributor to the codebase.
- Bridge design and engineering to eliminate gaps.
- Elevate craft standards across the team through code review and design feedback.
- Shape design systems and component architecture.
- Collaborate with leadership on roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience shipping software products.
- Exceptional taste and craft with an eye for detail.
- Production-grade frontend engineering skills in React, TypeScript, and CSS.
- Ability to design independently from problem framing to execution.
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Experience working in high-fidelity, close to the final medium.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
