Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, responsive, high-performance web applications with React.js and Next.js.
- Build reusable, accessible UI components and establish frontend architecture, coding standards, design systems, and component strategies.
- Implement state management, server-side and client-side rendering, API integrations, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with UX/UI and backend teams on designs, API contracts, versioning, security, caching, pagination, and integration troubleshooting.
- Mentor team members, review code, promote maintainable and testable design, and provide technical direction.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests, analyze defects, resolve production issues, and support quality and security practices.
- Support CI/CD, build and deployment processes, environment troubleshooting, and production readiness for frontend and Node.js applications.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of software development experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building enterprise-level, responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-driven development, state management, and reusable UI patterns.
- Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services, plus working knowledge of Node.js and backend API concepts.
- Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Understanding of secure coding, performance optimization, accessibility, browser compatibility, Git-based source control, and CI/CD practices.
- Preferred experience with Express.js or NestJS, design systems, UI component libraries, micro-frontend architecture, Azure or AWS, event-driven systems, microservices, and distributed application patterns.
- Ability to work independently with minimal technical guidance and provide technical direction to team members; experience in regulated or high-security industries is preferred.
