Responsibilities
- Develop security controls to protect sensitive data while enabling research.
- Perform threat modeling and risk assessments for various environments.
- Leverage DevOps principles to scale security systems.
- Build automations and integrations to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage incident response, including preparation and investigation.
- Secure AI solutions and contribute to governance policies.
- Educate and mentor team members on security best practices.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in technology, with at least 5 focused on security.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, scientists, and IT professionals.
- Proficient in on-premises and cloud security engineering.
- Experience in application and infrastructure design reviews.
- Expertise in managing security incidents and conducting analyses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
