Responsibilities
- Scale and optimize existing ML systems for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Build reproducible, automated ML pipelines for model training and deployment.
- Design and implement new components of the ML stack as the platform grows.
- Set ML engineering standards and mentor teammates.
- Ensure production reliability of ML systems serving real-time decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in building and maintaining production ML infrastructure.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with the full ML lifecycle in production.
- Proficiency in Scala and Python, with experience in Spark and Flink.
- Experience operating systems at scale, including performance tuning.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Significant experience with AWS workloads.
