Responsibilities
- Design, build, support, and improve Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps that digitize business processes.
- Create and maintain Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, data movement, exception handling, and operational automation.
- Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, reviews, retrospectives, testing, and release planning.
- Apply Power Platform standards for environments, solution packaging, permissions, data security, governance, and release management.
- Support Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, and reports as a secondary responsibility.
- Integrate and troubleshoot data from Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, SQL, APIs, Excel, Salesforce, and files.
- Perform peer reviews and structured testing, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Maintain technical documentation, release notes, handover materials, and support guides.
- Collaborate with IT and business colleagues across India, the UK, and other regions.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience delivering business applications, workflow automation, or Power Platform solutions.
- Strong practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform solution design, deployment, troubleshooting, and support.
- Experience with Canvas and/or Model-driven apps.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including user stories, backlog refinement, estimation, acceptance criteria, testing, and release planning.
- Good working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, DAX, semantic models, reporting, dashboards, and data modelling.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver usable, maintainable solutions.
- Confidence working with data lakes, SQL, ERP data, APIs, and files.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, SQL, Excel, Salesforce, and Azure DevOps is beneficial.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, data science, computer science, or a related discipline.
