Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure for software and services.
- Improve developer experience through CI/CD pipelines, observability, and platform tooling.
- Own production systems with a focus on monitoring, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and contribute to infrastructure architecture decisions.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Build and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms, GCP and AWS infrastructure, and automation tooling.
- Maintain scalable monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Collaborate with Software, Test, and Data teams on platform improvements.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles supporting production SaaS systems.
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bash, Python, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Sentry.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure security principles and solid DNS, TCP/IP, and HTTP/S networking fundamentals.
- Experience supporting complex distributed systems in production environments.
- Familiarity with 3D printing workflows or hardware/software integration is a bonus.
- Experience building developer platforms or internal tooling for large engineering teams is a bonus.
