Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to scope, design, and implement automations.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into working automations.
- Build custom integrations between Kognitos and customer systems.
- Debug and resolve production issues at customer sites.
- Own the technical relationship with key accounts throughout the deployment process.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on field learnings.
- Travel to customer sites as needed, up to 25%.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python or another general-purpose programming language.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as APIs and databases.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
