Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and pain points and design and implement solutions using open-source and Diagrid technologies.
- Work with prospective customers using Dapr in brownfield and greenfield applications and onboard them to Diagrid Cloud.
- Create and deliver customer demos and build proof-of-concept solutions in multiple programming languages.
- Provide architecture guidance on cloud-native technologies and distributed system challenges.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope features, prioritize feedback, and define user stories.
- Communicate customer pain points and opportunities to company leadership and influence product and strategic direction.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar technical customer-facing role.
- Experience designing and building enterprise applications and solutions.
- Solid computer science knowledge focused on distributed systems.
- Strong developer experience in at least one of Java, .NET, or Go.
- Good experience with Node and Python.
- Experience with open-source software and Git-based version control systems.
- Experience with modern application architectures, cloud-native development practices, and customer engagement.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes, Docker, public cloud providers, ASP.NET Core, Express, Django, Spring Boot, or Dapr.
- Ability to shift priorities quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
