Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-availability, low-latency authentication and authorization services in Go.
- Lead the implementation of OIDC and SAML integrations for enterprise customers.
- Extend the Policy Engine to support advanced resource-level permissions.
- Contribute to IAM foundations for emerging AI/ML platforms.
- Design and scale multi-tenant data models for complex hierarchical structures.
- Drive service reliability improvements and participate in on-call duties.
- Identify and remediate complex security vulnerabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design feedback.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of software engineering experience, with 1–2 years focused on Identity and Security Products.
- Strong proficiency in Go and understanding of gRPC microservices architecture.
- Working knowledge of identity protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML) and access control models.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, including consensus and replication.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, SQL (MySQL), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Proven problem-solving skills in decomposing complex systems.
- Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
