Responsibilities
- Lead detailed requirement gathering sessions with customers.

Requirements
- Deep domain expertise in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare compliance.
- Experience designing solutions for global pharma companies or research programs.
- 3-5 years focused on Salesforce architecture within life sciences.
- Proficient in designing scalable Salesforce solutions.
- 5+ years of experience documenting business processes and recommending improvements.
- Ability to design and configure scalable solutions to meet client needs.
- Experience leading functional and technical teams through Salesforce project lifecycles.
- Proficiency in defining business requirements and writing user stories.
- Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
- Salesforce Platform Administrator II certification.
