Responsibilities
- Work effectively with customers, including business executives and IT staff.
- Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design solutions for data visualization, workflow recommendations, and enterprise architecture.
- Lead functional workshops and document requirements.
- Advocate for adherence to standards and best practices.
- Stay current on Grafana Labs and related technologies.
- Support Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams.
Requirements
- Located in the UK.
- 5+ years of experience in deployment teams using project management techniques.
- Direct experience with observability (o11y).
- Familiarity with Grafana products and best practices for deploying an o11y stack.
- Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
