Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML models and generative AI solutions using Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Document AI, and Gemini API.
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and serving.
- Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure AI solutions meet standards for scalability, monitoring, responsible AI, and data governance compliance.
- Stay current with GCP AI innovations and generative AI best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Developer, including hands-on experience building and deploying models on GCP.
- Strong knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX and MLOps practices such as model versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
- Proficiency in Python and experience writing production-grade code with REST APIs, LLM integrations, and microservices architectures.
- Required GCP Professional Certification.
- Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering is highly valued.
- Advanced English proficiency and the ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders in international environments.
