Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and technical direction of the Blue Prism RPA platform.
Own the RPA lifecycle, capabilities roadmap, development standards, and platform administration and support processes.
Conduct solution design and code reviews and ensure automation standards and best practices are followed.
Consult with RPA developers, process owners, and subject-matter experts to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
Perform analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and enhancement of process automations.
Collaborate with vendors, conduct independent research, and drive execution of RPA roadmaps.
Apply ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC practices and enforce applicable security policies.

At least 5 years of IT experience.
At least 4 years of experience designing, delivering, and supporting process automation solutions.
At least 2 years of experience with RPA technologies.
At least 2 years of experience using formal ITSM and SDLC processes and tools to manage service requests, incidents, problems, and changes.
Experience identifying, evaluating, and selecting IT solutions; preparing process and techno-functional design documentation; and preparing and executing test scripts.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or foreign equivalent.

Position permits remote work up to 5 days per week throughout the U.S.
