Responsibilities
- Diagnose customer requirements and program objectives to identify underlying problems and design mission-aligned solutions.
- Architect scalable end-to-end systems spanning data models, APIs, and user interfaces.
- Use agentic AI tools and multi-agent workflows to prototype, extend, and integrate functionality into existing codebases.
- Shape ambiguous technical problems into coherent plans and move between strategically important programs.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and technical leads to build consensus around architecture.
- Facilitate integrations, resolve technical challenges, and meet development timelines.
- Apply security protocols, government standards, and industry best practices.
- Document technical solutions, design rationale, and architectural decisions.
- Conduct testing to validate performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements
- An active Secret security clearance is required.
- 3–5 years of production full-stack development experience.
- Experience translating ambiguous requirements into technical designs or architectures.
- Demonstrated proficiency with agentic AI coding tools.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language, with Python preferred, and one frontend framework or tool, with TypeScript preferred.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Foundational experience with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
- Experience with Git, with GitLab preferred.
- Experience with testing, security, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong communication and influence skills for presenting technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud experience; Docker and Kubernetes; React, Vue.js, or Angular; Terraform or Ansible; ETL and real-time analytics; Security+ or CISSP; and Agile/SAFe experience.
