Responsibilities
- Implement and support infrastructure and automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation using Terraform, Ansible, AWX, Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Provision, configure, and maintain environments across Azure, Oracle Cloud, and AWS.
- Support Linux and Windows systems, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Oracle Enterprise Linux.
- Document automation workflows, pipelines, scripts, and operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, automation, operating system, and deployment pipeline issues.
- Collaborate with Development, Systems, Architecture, and distributed global teams.
- Apply security, reliability, and operational best practices and participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience writing automation scripts with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
- Strong Linux systems administration knowledge, particularly with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and/or Oracle Enterprise Linux.
- Experience supporting Windows Server systems in an enterprise environment.
- Experience deploying and supporting infrastructure or applications on Azure, AWS, or Oracle Cloud.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, Git-based workflows, and modern DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Docker and understanding of build, test, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Awareness of infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD security best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
