Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement document automation templates for trading, reporting, and regulatory processes.
Gather requirements and define project scope with internal teams and senior client stakeholders.
Translate complex financial, legal, and business requirements into structured automation logic.
Use JavaScript and/or Python scripting to build and enhance automation templates.
Analyze KIDs, term sheets, fact sheets, and related workflows for automation and optimization opportunities.
Lead or contribute to complex automation projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Maintain development standards aligned with internal processes, JIRA workflows, and SLAs.
Support client communication and solution delivery as a trusted advisor.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance across deliverables.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, or experience reviewing legal documents, with an inclination to learn technology and coding.
Experience with investment banking documentation such as KIDs, term sheets, or fact sheets is valuable.
Understanding of financial markets or legal and regulatory documentation in financial services.
Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into structured, logical solutions.
Experience with or willingness to work with JavaScript and/or Python.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, diligence, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
