Base Salary

$170k - $230k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business and marketing stakeholders to define personalization strategies and KPIs.
  • Conduct executive workshops and maturity assessments to enhance personalization capabilities.
  • Advise on organizational change management and governance for global personalization scaling.
  • Translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps for enterprise-scale programs.
  • Architect personalization solutions integrating Contentful with various data sources.
  • Lead discovery sessions and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate value from personalization.
  • Provide guidance on data readiness and performance optimization across architectures.
  • Enable customer teams through documentation and reusable frameworks.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on personalization best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of methodologies and playbooks for personalization success.
  • Deliver strategic insights to influence the evolution of Contentful Personalization.
  • Mentor internal team members and support enablement across various departments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in management consulting, customer strategy, or digital transformation.
  • Deep understanding of personalization platforms and AI/ML-powered segmentation.
  • Track record of engaging with C-suite and senior business leaders.
  • Strong technical background with SaaS platforms and data integrations.
  • Professional experience designing or implementing microservices-based architectures.
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern web technologies like React and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with web rendering approaches and modern frameworks.
  • Skilled communicator comfortable with both executive storytelling and technical details.
  • Experience leading cross-functional workshops and business case development.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for workshops and onsite engagements.
