Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs and solutions.
- Design, code, test, debug, modify, and maintain software applications and modules.
- Automate software validation, create and execute test scenarios, and ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support software installation, deployment, monitoring, release-plan adherence, and implementation activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, specifications, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams, capture requirements and clarifications, and provide timely customer support.
- Participate in training and continuing education to learn programming languages and current best practices.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Transformation Engineering and software development.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, write and debug code, and perform software testing and validation.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, systems analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to produce accurate documentation, reports, status updates, and customer communications.
- Willingness to complete relevant certifications and ongoing training for skill development.
