Responsibilities
- Provide delivery leadership, peer guidance, and escalation support within the Solutions Delivery Engineering team.
- Deliver Sonatype services through implementation, configuration, structured customer guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Support product-focused migrations by executing data and configuration tasks and validating target-state completion.
- Manage engagement timelines, expectations, communications, documentation, working sessions, and customer discussions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Support, Product Management, and Engineering to share field insights and improve products and services.
- Improve service templates, delivery standards, internal documentation, validation records, handoffs, and engagement traceability.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, software delivery, or related work.
- Knowledge of repository management, artifact workflows, CI and CD tools, containers, and orchestration.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, modern build ecosystems, and the software development life cycle.
- Ability to work with Groovy, Bash, Python, Helm, or YAML as required.
- Experience leading customer engagements with clear communication, documentation, and ownership.
- Demonstrated delivery leadership, peer guidance, or escalation support experience in a regional or team-based delivery environment.
- Preferred qualifications include migration or modernization experience, exposure to enterprise DevOps or software supply chain practices, global cross-functional experience, and familiarity with SaaS delivery models or cloud deployment patterns.
