Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure full-stack applications using front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Integrate Generative AI into development workflows and product features.
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI agents to improve user experience and automate processes.
- Create APIs and work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Participate in requirements gathering, architecture, development, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers, DevOps, infrastructure, UX, frontend, and backend specialists.
- Oversee solution design, development, deployment, coding standards, testing protocols, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, and technical teams to deliver user-centric software solutions.
- Participate in the sales process as a subject matter expert and resolve technical and organizational challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent proven experience.
- Minimum six years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of four or more developers.
- Proficiency with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience creating APIs with Python, .NET Core, Node.js, or Java.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in application development and successfully creating and deploying Generative AI agents.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, including examples such as SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
- Understanding of containers, orchestration, RESTful APIs, microservices, and DevOps best practices.
- Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
