Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure applications using front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Integrate Generative AI into development workflows and product features.
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI agents to improve user experiences and automate processes.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including DevOps, infrastructure, UX, frontend, and backend specialists.
- Oversee requirements gathering, architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, developers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Establish coding standards, testing protocols, and quality assurance processes.
- Troubleshoot technical and organizational challenges and remove obstacles to team success.
- Participate in the sales process as a subject matter expert.
- Promote continuous improvement, professional growth, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent proven experience.
- At least 6 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of 4 or more developers.
- Proficiency with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience creating APIs with Python, .NET Core, Node.js, or Java.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in application development.
- Successful experience creating and deploying Generative AI agents.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
- Understanding of containers, orchestration, RESTful APIs, microservices, and DevOps best practices.
- Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Annual base salary range of CAD 114,400–171,950 in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, and Ottawa.
- Annual base salary range of CAD 104,000–156,318 in Montréal.
