Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, maintain, and standardize CI/CD pipelines across platform-hosted services.
- Improve observability through actionable monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and reliability practices.
- Develop and operate resilient, scalable Kubernetes-based architecture and cloud solutions for API management and microservices.
- Optimize system resource utilization, performance, scalability, operability, cost efficiency, and availability.
- Mentor mid-level IC3 engineers and promote knowledge sharing and SRE best practices.
- Collaborate with product, software, and SRE teams on platform stability, security, scalability, and business alignment.
- Help transition legacy systems to a modern Kubernetes-based architecture and contribute to long-term infrastructure strategy.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Golang and Python with a solid understanding of software craftsmanship; Ruby knowledge is a plus.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or alternatives.
- Experience designing and implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks and troubleshooting production environments.
- Experience managing and optimizing Kubernetes-based architectures and working with GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale with emphasis on reliability, availability, and performance.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to strategic initiatives.
- Ability to independently solve complex technical problems with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
