Base Salary
$120k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write code as a hands-on individual contributor.
- Independently execute work in ambiguous environments.
- Identify dependencies and develop design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms.
- Act as a Designated Responsible Individual responsible for mentoring engineers and monitoring systems during on-call rotations.
- Lead technical strategy and influence cross-organizational decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft Cloud and other required security screening requirements.
- Preferred: master's degree and 6+ years of experience, or bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy, mentor teams, and influence cross-organizational decisions.
