Responsibilities
- Conduct solution audits and framing activities to define targets and roadmaps consistent with IT strategy.
- Recommend, design, and implement solutions, software packages, and frameworks based on business and technical constraints.
- Advise IT departments and project teams on appropriate solutions and technologies.
- Ensure architecture principles are applied across project teams and technology stacks.
- Guide development teams through solution implementation and evolution.
- Contribute to good practices and support client projects involving solution architecture.
- Participate in pre-sales through client meetings, workshops, needs analysis, tender responses, and presentations.
- Manage strategic assignments and ensure the delivery of high-performing architectures.
- Contribute to architect recruitment, community organization, events, technology monitoring, proofs of concept, and experience sharing.
- Publish and communicate architecture perspectives through events, white papers, blog articles, and professional communities.
Requirements
- Passion for new technologies, strong synthesis and modeling abilities, and a good understanding of functional needs.
- Rigor, method, ability to structure solutions, and confidence in making architectural recommendations.
- Interest in well-designed and reliable systems and willingness to share knowledge with developers.
- Ability and willingness to develop prototypes when appropriate.
- Interest in client interaction, knowledge transmission, and architecture evangelization.
