Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy frontend and backend features across the full stack.
- Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Develop and maintain backend services, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and business logic.
- Design and interact with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Write unit, integration, and potentially end-to-end tests.
- Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Participate in agile processes and process improvement.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and at least one major frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Node.js, Python, Java, C, Ruby, or Go, along with associated frameworks.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience writing automated unit and integration tests.
- Understanding of software design principles, including SOLID, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and application deployment or management.
- Preferred knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, serverless architectures, and GraphQL.
