Responsibilities
- Implement software components from design documentation and functional specifications.
- Design, develop, debug, document, unit-test, integrate, and deploy scalable software solutions.
- Architect solutions using microservices, containers, messaging queues, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and apply modern engineering and automation practices.
- Provide work estimates and guide assigned features, functional objectives, or technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and take ownership of software quality, innovation, and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working as a software engineer on complex software projects.
- Excellent coding and debugging skills with development experience in Java, Python, .NET, or similar languages.
- Demonstrated experience developing scalable and robust software using software development methodologies.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, and REST-based web services.
- Knowledge of architecture design, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and messaging queues.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud certifications and DevOps tools or modern engineering practices.
