Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams in delivering applications and services.
- Apply architecture and delivery methodologies to client and internal projects.
- Work across business, data, application, technology, and security architecture domains.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, product, design, and cross-functional teams to solve technical problems.
- Use agile practices and participate in in-person whiteboarding and asynchronous collaboration.
- Contribute to internal projects and support continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering background with experience leading engineering teams.
- Clear understanding and practical application of architecture and delivery methodologies.
- Specialism in at least one of business, data, application, technology, or security architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Experience with a broad range of cloud and technology vendors, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, IBM, or Salesforce, is sought.
- Certifications in relevant methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous.
- Applicants for applicable UK roles must meet Baseline Personnel Security Standard requirements and may need at least five years of continuous UK residency for higher security clearance.
