Responsibilities
- Lead the design, construction, configuration, and enhancement of software applications.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and coordinate teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams.
- Coordinate project activities to support timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize application performance, and improve development processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Java-based back-end frameworks and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database design and management.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to lead teams, make decisions, collaborate across multiple teams, and communicate with stakeholders.
