Base Salary
$130k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and ship customer-facing functionality across its full lifecycle from 0-to-1.
- Solve complex engineering challenges involving rendering, content management systems, performance, and scale.
- Improve application performance through profiling and implement scalable solutions.
- Contribute to smooth user experiences and bridge the gap between functional code and a great product.
- Shape product direction and engineering approaches across the stack.
Requirements
- Product intuition and interest in building front-facing products used daily.
- A distinct area of technical depth, such as complex React UI development or scalable backend architecture.
- Willingness to work beyond a primary frontend or backend specialty to deliver features.
- Ability to define solutions, take ownership, and work with autonomy.
