Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering workflows and productivity through AI.
- Introduce AI-assisted coding, testing, debugging, and documentation workflows.
- Develop prompt libraries, playbooks, and repeatable AI workflows for engineering tasks.
- Evaluate AI tools and prototype internal AI assistants for codebase navigation, documentation, and knowledge discovery.
- Run workshops, share best practices, and drive adoption of AI tools across engineering teams.
- Measure improvements in development cycle times, repetitive work, workflow adoption, developer experience, and onboarding speed.
Requirements
- Background in software engineering, developer tooling, platform engineering, or developer productivity.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools or LLMs to support software development.
- Strong understanding of modern developer workflows.
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted development tools.
- Ability to influence engineering teams and drive adoption of new practices.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Active experimentation with AI tools in personal development workflows and experience applying AI to improve software engineering productivity.
