Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver components for the Core Prime Brokerage platform using Java and Kotlin.
- Participate in application design, planning, estimation, and decomposition of work into technical tasks.
- Improve CI/CD practices and implement automated testing.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
- Create and maintain project and technical documentation.
- Identify and communicate risks and issues for assigned tasks.
- Provide production support by diagnosing issues, implementing enhancements, and improving system reliability.
- Conduct peer reviews and mentor junior analysts and graduates while collaborating with a global team.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Strong Java experience and knowledge of Test-Driven Development.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Additional experience with Kotlin, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Kafka, Solace, TIBCO, SQL Server, Trino, Mongo, S3, OpenTelemetry, Elastic Stack/ELK, or Grafana is advantageous.
