Base Salary
$100k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic discovery engagements and design workflow architectures for enterprise construction clients.
- Establish long-term digital strategies and act as a technical liaison across Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams.
- Mentor colleagues and guide new product introductions.
- Collaborate with executives and project management teams to improve delivery methodologies and consulting processes.
- Resolve complex architectural escalations and drive continuous process improvements across client engagements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing, training, and/or supporting Trimble Construction One applications, including B2W Estimate, Track, Maintain, or Schedule.
- 5+ years of professional consulting or training experience specifically within the construction industry.
- Deep expertise in construction business processes, including estimating, site management, equipment management, job costing, change management, or billing workflows.
- Experience managing complex client relationships, gathering requirements, and driving multi-project engagements.
- Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Vista ERP, Spectrum ERP, ProjectSight, App Xchange, Field View, Smartsheet, or Kantata; PMP certification or instructional design and technical consulting experience is also valued.
