Base Salary
$100k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design workflow architectures and establish long-term digital strategies.
- Serve as a primary technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams.
- Guide new product introductions and collaborate with executive partners and project management teams.
- Innovate delivery methodologies and refine internal consulting processes.
- Resolve complex architectural escalations and drive continuous process improvements across client engagements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing, training, and/or supporting Trimble Construction One applications, including B2W Estimate, Track, Maintain, and Schedule.
- 5+ years of professional consulting or training experience specifically within the construction industry.
- Deep expertise in construction business processes, including estimating, site management, equipment management, job costing, change management, and billing workflows.
- Proven experience managing complex client relationships, gathering requirements, and driving multi-project engagements.
- Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Vista ERP, Spectrum ERP, ProjectSight, App Xchange, Field View, Smartsheet, Kantata, PMP certification, instructional design, or technical consulting.
