Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical roadmap and architecture for the global e-commerce platform across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and integrations.
- Define standards for React SPAs, micro-frontends, Adobe Experience Manager integrations, design systems, accessibility, testing, and frontend performance.
- Provide technical leadership for GraphQL, Node.js/Fastify, Java services, caching, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD architecture.
- Design and implement production-grade agentic AI solutions, including autonomous multi-agent systems, tool-integrated reasoning workflows, and LLM-orchestrated pipelines.
- Lead adoption and standardization of AI-assisted development tools, workflows, playbooks, and engineering practices.
- Resolve cross-team architectural conflicts, guide technical discovery and proofs of concept, and align engineering teams with product and business goals.
- Drive platform health, technical debt reduction, reliability, security, compliance, developer experience, mentorship, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated depth across frontend and backend disciplines.
- Proven technical leadership and senior individual contributor experience setting standards, driving architecture, and influencing teams without direct management authority.
- Expert knowledge of React, Next.js, micro-frontend architecture, SPAs, and component-driven design.
- Deep Adobe Experience Manager experience, including headful/headless integration, Editable Templates, component authoring, and frontend interoperability.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade agentic AI solutions using autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, tool-integrated reasoning, and RAG pipelines.
- Strong proficiency with Node.js, Fastify, GraphQL federation and schema design, and Java services.
- Experience with Redis, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, container-based deployments, and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, SOX compliance, security standards, frontend performance optimization, observability, and design-system governance.
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical vision, trade-offs, and architecture to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM-integrated workflows, AI/ML model integration, e-commerce or travel platforms, and developer-experience improvements at scale.
