Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, customize, and enhance Salesforce Revenue Cloud components and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Make decisions for the team and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within Salesforce environments and deliver end-to-end software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud for complex business requirements.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software architecture and integration patterns.
- Ability to work with modern software frameworks and agile development methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
