Base Salary

$151k - $252k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain compute platforms for financial models used by internal and external clients.
  • Design, maintain, and improve application infrastructure for performance, quality, and efficiency.
  • Develop enterprise C/C++ services, applications, databases, and related modules.
  • Migrate applications to the cloud without service disruption and build and deploy services using cloud technologies.
  • Design, present, and collaborate on technical solutions for complex business and technical objectives.
  • Work with large-scale relational and NoSQL data sources.
  • Estimate timelines and resources for complex projects and collaborate with global teams through delivery.
  • Build relationships with senior technical stakeholders and contribute to development strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of work experience, including 3 or more years developing C/C++ enterprise solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience working on large-scale projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Linux/Unix environments.
  • Working experience with Python or another high-level programming language.
  • Excellent C/C++ programming skills, including data structures, networking, databases, and services.
  • Experience building and deploying C/C++ services to the cloud.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, communication, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Experience working with global, multi-site, multi-time-zone teams and software development lifecycle delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field with high academic standing.
  • Knowledge of fixed-income securities or markets, Kubernetes, infrastructure, and AWS/Azure technologies or certifications is preferred.

  • Anticipated base salary is $151,000–$251,600, with eligibility for an annual incentive plan.
