Responsibilities
- Design and implement EDI and A2A solutions using the Boomi platform.
- Monitor and maintain EDI and A2A processes, including performance optimization and error resolution.
- Develop APIs using Boomi APIM and the Boomi developer portal.
- Lead client-facing analysis, design, implementation, mapping, testing, and production deployment of integration solutions.
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Boomi integration processes.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize data flows.
- Manage user expectations, milestones, and deadlines.
- Coach and lead junior developers.
- Participate in pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in EDI consulting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of EDI standards and protocols, including RosettaNet and EDI 4010.
- Experience generating SOTPI and SOPI, working with hierarchical structures, and using SAP DESADV IDocs as a source.
- Knowledge of ERP systems including Oracle and SAP, with SAP EDI experience.
- Hands-on Boomi integration experience with one or more of Salesforce, NetSuite, D365, Oracle EBS, Coupa, Infor, Sage, and Shopify.
- Proven experience designing and deploying EDI solutions and using EDI mapping tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, JavaScript, Groovy Script, and GraphQL.
- Hands-on experience with Boomi APIM and the developer portal.
- Understanding of Boomi AgentStudio and MCP.
- Experience using generic APIs and enterprise integration tools.
- Strong professional Boomi integration experience and sound business process knowledge.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment.
- Boomi professional or architect certification is required; ambassador certification is preferred.
