Responsibilities
- Present Vault architecture and best practices to senior client stakeholders during pre-sales and delivery engagements.
- Define target architectures and transition states for Vault implementations and migrations with banking clients.
- Design end-to-end solutions for core banking replacement initiatives centered on the Vault product suite.
- Advise clients on deployment, configuration, integration, migration, functionality, and architectural constraints.
- Create and use AI agents to accelerate architectural delivery and enable clients to use similar assets.
- Deliver training on Vault functionality and architecture and maintain client-facing architectural collateral.
- Act as a self-sufficient consultant and communicate technical positions to enterprise architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Provide product feedback to Thought Machine to support client value and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience designing enterprise architectures for large financial services institutions.
- Banking domain knowledge, ideally in core banking or payments, including relevant business drivers and regulatory context.
- Strong practical knowledge of architectural patterns such as event-based architecture, CQRS, and process orchestration.
- Expert knowledge of cloud technologies and architectures, including high availability and disaster recovery across multiple availability zones and regions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, consulting, and client-facing skills.
- Understanding of banking transformation execution, business context, and regulatory environments.
