Responsibilities
- Research, design, implement, and manage software programs and applications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to create extensible low-level designs with appropriate separation of concerns and abstractions.
- Write modular, readable, performant, and secure code and participate in code reviews.
- Create technical solution artifacts, code review records, and deployment plans.
- Troubleshoot complex cross-component issues identified through static analysis, penetration testing, or deployment.
- Identify root causes and implement effective solutions for software issues.
- Apply advanced language constructs, design principles, design patterns, libraries, frameworks, data structures, and performance and scalability concepts.
- Collaborate with local vendors, regulators, and user teams in Kazakhstan.
Requirements
- Fluent Russian and English communication skills are required.
- 8+ years of relevant experience engineering software applications or products.
- Proven experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Demonstrated success managing and implementing software projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Conversant with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices.
- Experience with the .NET framework, preferably C# .NET and ASP.NET.
- Experience with MSSQL and Oracle databases.
- Experience with Redis or Hazelcast distributed caching.
- Experience with Kafka, ActiveMQ, Tibco EMS, or IBM MQ messaging technologies.
- Experience with Linux RHEL and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with data pipeline and ETL technologies.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Jenkins, Maven, BitBucket, Git, and uDeploy.
