Base Salary
$101k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand strategic customers’ programmatic and technical requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Partner with Sales on pre-sales engagements, customer KPIs, and engagement success criteria.
- Create and deliver customer onboarding plans to scale platform spend.
- Scope, configure, test, and deliver bidder and DSP software solutions using SQL and API management.
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders in Ad Operations, engineering, data science, and product.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the Advertiser Suite.
- Provide product and engineering feedback to support roadmap initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues and manage them through resolution with product and engineering teams.
- Coach and support junior team members.
- Lead internal and client-facing initiatives, strategies, and best-practice processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for best practices and procedures.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in a technical customer-facing or support role in AdTech.
- Strong understanding of real-time bidding and programmatic advertising, particularly for demand-side media and technology companies, agencies, and advertisers.
- Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, initiative, and customer relationship skills.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS, configuring functionality, building workflows, and manipulating data for client needs.
- Technical proficiency with SQL, APIs, command line, and the AWS management console; basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge preferred.
- Experience working for or with agencies preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with consideration for relevant coursework, experience, or extensive related professional experience.
