Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using the .NET ecosystem, C#, and Blazor.
- Lead and execute the migration plan of legacy JavaScript frameworks to a modern Blazor architecture.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability while documenting best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA engineers within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Own code analysis, technology evaluations, and database optimizations in Microsoft SQL Server environments.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in .NET/.NET Core.
- Proven hands-on experience with C#, Blazor, MS SQL Server, and fundamental web standards (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Demonstrable expertise in unit testing backend business logic and delivering production-ready code.
- Comfort with AI-assisted development tools for accelerated code exploration and productivity.
- An ownership mindset with strong judgment and logical problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to complete mandatory HIPAA training and compliance.
- Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and oral communication skills.
