Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage a fleet of clusters running hundreds of instances across multiple regions.
- Write Golang code daily and use Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
- Build a platform that runs untrusted code from customers, focusing on performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceive and implement new platform features.
- Work on projects like Fluid Compute and Active CPU Pricing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in Golang.
- Extensive experience with Containers, Virtual Machines, and Linux.
- Ability to design systems that improve performance and reliability.
- Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale.
- Familiarity with schedulers and orchestrators like Nomad.
