Responsibilities
- Lead multi-skilled agile teams in the design and delivery of modern software solutions.
- Collaborate with customer architects to define functional and non-functional designs.
- Advise customers and managers on estimated effort, technical implications, and solution complexity.
- Manage, coach, and develop junior staff, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and supporting performance reviews.
- Provide technical direction and leadership while developing policies, standards, and technology approaches.
- Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to technology communities.
- Support business development across customer accounts with sales and account managers.
Requirements
- Experience successfully delivering software designs for multi-tiered modern software applications.
- Understanding of whole-solution architecture concepts and the ability to communicate and negotiate designs with customer architects.
- Experience prioritizing non-functional concerns and incorporating them into application designs.
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings.
- Ability to communicate technical designs clearly in conversations, documentation, and presentations.
- Ability to make effective decisions in fast-moving delivery environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing junior team members.
- Preferred experience being accountable for technology delivery challenges across projects or multi-team programs.
- Preferred experience managing others and leading performance reviews across multiple major projects.
