Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple Agile Scrum teams and complex delivery initiatives.
- Develop, review, and support Salesforce implementations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, platform configuration, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers to improve engineering excellence and code quality.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, solution design workshops, technical roadmaps, platform improvements, and adoption of modern Salesforce capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.
- Experience designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce platform architecture principles.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, applications, and services.
- Knowledge of secure software engineering practices, automated testing, and code quality standards.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect, and experience in Agile, product-focused delivery teams.
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance; existing SC clearance is preferred.
