Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, delivery teams, and engineering squads to translate objectives into technical solutions.
- Design, build, enhance, integrate, and maintain scalable software applications for clients and end users.
- Contribute to application architecture, robust design practices, quality standards, secure coding, and reliable software delivery.
- Support planning, estimation, prioritization, and iterative delivery in agile environments.
- Provide technical guidance and clear communication to client and internal stakeholders.
- Promote AI-enabled ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support team members and help cultivate a collaborative engineering culture.
Requirements
- Proven full-stack software engineering experience delivering business-focused solutions.
- Strong frontend development experience with React or React Native.
- Strong Java development experience, including enterprise application delivery.
- Expertise with Spring Boot.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems principles.
- Experience with SQL and relational database technologies.
- Practical experience with Test-Driven Development, Behaviour-Driven Development, and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Knowledge of secure coding principles and application security best practices.
- Understanding of DevOps, Continuous Delivery, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Awareness of AI-driven approaches and commitment to continuous learning.
