Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend infrastructure for permissions, auditability, traceability, and observability.
- Oversee hosted and self-hosted deployment architectures using infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Improve production reliability, performance, security, observability, and auditability.
- Partner with product teams to ship high-quality features.
- Drive AI-native development practices that support rapid, high-quality releases.
Requirements
- 1 to 6 years of professional backend development experience.
- Production experience building backend services with TypeScript and NestJS.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma.
- Experience managing deployments with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- A track record of improving production reliability, security, performance, observability, or auditability.
- Practical hands-on experience with AI, ML, LLMs, or AI-native systems.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with a small team.
Benefits
- Salary range of 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually.
