Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications and services focused on generative AI and LLMs.
- Build reliable, production-ready services and pipelines for generative AI integrations, document parsing, model fine-tuning, and RAG systems.
- Partner across teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, efficiency, and problem solving.
- Track advancements in AI and guide technology strategy and adoption.
- Contribute to Promise’s AI/ML vision, goals, and roadmap as an individual contributor with meaningful ownership of technical decisions.
Requirements
- Experience building generative AI and large language model applications is central to the role.
- Experience with AI integrations, document parsing, model fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation systems is relevant.
- Strong technical judgment and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments are expected.
- Product instincts, technical depth, and ownership of technical decisions are valued.
- Bonus qualifications include taking a product or major feature from 0 to 1, working in an early-stage or high-growth environment, founding or co-founding something, and scaling AI-powered systems beyond prototypes.
- Candidates must be US persons and reside in the United States.
