Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications and services focused on generative AI and LLMs.
- Implement services for generative AI integrations, document parsing, model fine-tuning, and RAG systems.
- Identify opportunities for AI to reduce friction and increase efficiency across teams.
- Track advancements in the AI landscape to guide strategy and adoption.
- Contribute to the vision, goals, and roadmap for AI/ML development at Promise.
Requirements

- Experience in building AI applications and services.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and make strategic decisions.
