Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test specifications, plans, and cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate usability, performance, reliability, and software quality.
- Build and maintain automated test suites using Cypress or Playwright.
- Manage test execution, defect tracking, reporting, regression testing, and retesting of defect fixes.
- Drive quality assurance practices, identify risks, recommend mitigations, and enforce quality policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with development teams, Business Analysts, and stakeholders on testing and operational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and 5+ years of manual software testing experience.
- Strong test automation experience with Cypress or Playwright.
- Experience developing and executing test cases.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and essential SQL experience.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
