Responsibilities
- Advise customer CxOs on data strategy, business cases, maturity assessments, and phased enterprise roadmaps.
- Set target-state architectures across Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, and MuleSoft while integrating with heterogeneous enterprise environments.
- Provide architectural governance, quality assurance, delivery-risk management, and oversight across concurrent engagements.
- Embed security, privacy, governance, data quality, and dual-use analytics and AI capabilities into data foundations.
- Lead AI-augmented professional services delivery using Claude Code, Gemini, Lucid AI, NotebookLM, and reusable prompt, skill, and agent assets.
- Author and evolve delivery playbooks, accelerators, reference architectures, POVs, and reusable intellectual property.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and enablement to Senior Advisors, Architects, Consultants, and engagement delivery teams.
- Establish customer stewardship, RACI, operating models, executive communications, and sustainable handoffs.
- Represent the practice through industry thought leadership on enterprise data, AI agents, and the agentic SaaS future.
Requirements
- 15+ years of deep, hands-on experience across data architecture, engineering, MDM, integration, and governance.
- 8–10 years of experience supporting customers using MuleSoft, including deep MuleSoft Anypoint Platform expertise.
- Deep expertise in at least one of Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, or MuleSoft, with authority-level data and semantic modeling experience.
- Demonstrated leadership of enterprise-scale data platform, AI-readiness, and multi-workstream delivery programs.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, security, privacy, and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
- Proven CxO-level advisory skills and experience integrating vendor platforms into complex, heterogeneous enterprise landscapes.
- Deep fluency with AI-augmented delivery and creation of reusable prompt, skill, and agent assets.
- Recognized thought leadership in enterprise data, AI, and the agentic future of SaaS.
- Experience with MuleSoft API-led connectivity, real-time and batch integration, event-driven architectures, API management, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, Salesforce integration, enterprise systems integration, and MuleSoft RPA.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline; equivalent demonstrable work experience may substitute.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Integration Architect, TOGAF, Informatica IDMC/MDM, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, DAMA CDMP/CDMC, and CTA.
- Experience with application design and development, full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, executive influence, and SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Must be a Canadian citizen eligible to obtain and maintain the required Canadian Government Security Clearance; permanent residents are not eligible for this clearance level.

- For Ontario-based roles, the base salary hiring range is CAD 130,300 to CAD 180,300 annually, excluding bonus, sales incentives, equity, and benefits.
