Base Salary

$174k - $252k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Write and test product or system development code.
  • Review other engineers’ code for style, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
  • Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues affecting hardware, networks, services, and quality.
  • Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Five years of programming experience in Java, Kotlin, or C++.
  • Three years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
  • One year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • Three years of Android application development experience.
  • Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Preferred: five years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Preferred: three years of experience with performance, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
  • Preferred: one year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.

Benefits

  • US base salary of $174000-$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
