Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Represent Embrace as an expert communicator and technologist.
- Communicate directly with customers and internal teams to find solutions.
- Drive technical integration strategy and execution for customers.
- Quickly identify technical issues and provide clear instructions.
- Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
- Ensure efficient bug reporting processes to Engineering.
- Develop tools and enhance documentation for better collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant technical role at a B2B software company.
- Experience with mobile or web development and eagerness to learn.
- Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line.
- Ability to read and write code in languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- High competency and low ego with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to travel for customer-facing activities and team gatherings.
- Preferred diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
