Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers individually or as part of technical delivery teams.
- Oversee and advise on customer Snowflake platform implementations.
- Develop code, solution architectures, and implementation recommendations.
- Advise customer executive leadership on solution approaches and thought leadership.
- Extract business requirements and translate them into well-architected recommendations.
- Develop future-state guidance, roadmaps, and actionable execution plans.
- Apply best practices to reduce implementation risk.
- Collaborate with Snowflake go-to-market and product teams to align customer solutions with Snowflake goals.
Requirements
- Have 12–14 years of experience as a Senior Solutions Architect, data architect, database administrator, or data engineer.
- Have experience leading analytics projects for large enterprises.
- Have experience implementing and operating Snowflake-centric solutions.
- Understand the complete data analytics workflow, from ETL and data platform design through BI and analytics tools.
- Have hands-on technical experience using SQL, Python, Java, and/or Spark to build, operate, and maintain data analytics solutions.
- Have extensive experience with large-scale database technologies such as Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, or Greenplum.
- Be proficient in implementing data security measures and access controls within Snowflake.
- Preferred qualifications include product-company services experience, technical project leadership, industry vertical expertise, application development experience, AWS, Google, or Microsoft Cloud certifications, and Snowflake SnowPro Advanced certification.
